The 2023 Blue Water Film Festival (BWFF) takes place June 8 - 11, 2023 at various locations throughout San Diego County, in celebration of United Nations World Oceans Day. The event will feature a total of 34 films; 11 feature films, 19 shorts, and 4 animated short films.
