Borrego Rooftop Kitchen + Cocktails, perched on the ninth floor of Hotel Indigo San Diego - Gaslamp Quarter, debuts a fresh lineup of seasonal cocktails featuring bold flavors, bright citrus and spirit-forward pours designed for rooftop sipping in the heart of downtown San Diego, available now.

Set against sweeping views of the San Diego skyline, new cocktails include:

• The Salton Spritz, with Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Strega, sparkling brut, Cointreau, vanilla and soda water, priced at $18;
• Purple Haze, made with Ford’s gin, lemon juice, Fee Foam and house-made wild berry syrup, priced at $17;
• 1886, a combination of Buffalo Trace bourbon, Abasolo whiskey, peach liqueur, lemon and simple syrup, priced at $16;
• The Mirage, crafted with 400 Conejos mezcal, El Jimador Blanco, Lillet Blanc, prickly pear, grapefruit bitters and simple syrup, priced at $18;
• Red Flag, with strawberry-infused vodka, Cointreau, simple syrup, lemon, Lillet Blanc and pink peppercorn tincture, priced at $18;
• The Orange Line, blending Corazón Blanco, Aperol, lemon, grapefruit, simple syrup and Sprite, priced at $17;
• Padres Punch, made with Huckleberry-infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka, lemonade and blueberry purée, priced at $16.

For those seeking spirit-free sips, the Free Spirit Spritz combines Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Lyre’s Classico Sparkling Wine, soda water and orange; and the Clean Bean Martini is made with Lyre’s White Cane, Lyre’s Coffee Originale, espresso and vanilla. Both mocktails are priced at $15.
