Celebrate Mardi Gras with Gelson’s Crawfish & Shrimp Boil, available at all Gelson’s locations starting February 17. Guests can enjoy a chef-inspired feast featuring crawfish, extra-jumbo shrimp, Andouille sausage, fresh vegetables, and Cajun garlic butter sauce, plus classic red beans & rice. For a sweet treat, Gelson’s Mardi Gras King Cake is a take on the New Orleans classic, made with braided buttery dough, a sweet cinnamon pecan filling, and vibrant frosting.
Order online from Feb. 15 – March 7 for pickup between Feb. 17 – March 9, while supplies last. All kits are refrigerated upon pickup and require reheating.
