Garibaldi, the rooftop coastal Mediterranean restaurant on the third floor of InterContinental San Diego, is raising a toast to the holidays by extending their Sunset Happy Hour from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. during the 55th Annual San Diego Parade of Lights on Sunday, December 14 and 21!
Guests can take in elevated bayfront views while enjoying happy hour plates like fresh-shucked oysters with horseradish and pomegranate mignonette ($2 each), Zummus with tahini and zhoug ($7), Pan con Tomate with mussels escabeche and chorizo iberico ($11), and the Pissaladière with caramelized onions, anchoïade, tomato, niçoise olives, boquerones, fresh basil ($9). The Garibaldi Spritz ($9) rounds out the menu and pairs well with the festive waterfront scene as the decorated boats drift by.
Reservations can be made via OpenTable, and enjoy complimentary 3-hour self-parking included for all guests spending over $50.
