On the day after Thanksgiving, County Parks encourages San Diegans to swap shopping plans for outdoor experiences. Enjoy free outdoor activities across the region with your family and friends, on a holiday we’ve coined Green Friday!
Activities are open to residents and visitors of all ages, interest and abilities, and there is no cost to attend.
On Friday, Nov. 28, 2025 - Green Friday - all of our $5 day-use parking fees (where they are charged) are waived!
