"Let’s Go Wild!" — A Celebration of Wildlife and Wonder

A collective of San Diego regional artists announces, “Let’s Go Wild!”, an immersive wildlife‑inspired art exhibition created and organized by the exhibiting artists. This lively, interactive event invites visitors to experience wildlife art in surprising, playful, and engaging ways through hands‑on activities, creative workshops, educational programs, and imaginative encounters that spark curiosity and joy.

Featuring artwork by Julie Brooks, Ira Cosmos, Elena Miller, Joan Hansen, and Chelsea Paulus, the exhibition showcases fierce, funny, and unforgettable wildlife through painting, sculpture, and photography—art that leaps off the walls and into the imagination.

• Exhibition Dates: April 11 – May 1

• Opening Reception (Wild Animal Costume Party): April 11, 3–5 p.m.

Artists will appear in animal‑inspired costumes, and guests are encouraged to join in—whether in full costumes or with simple animal‑themed accessories. Complimentary masks and headbands will be provided. “Best Wild Look” contest winners will receive art prizes, and giveaways.

Celebrating Local Agriculture & Biodiversity

With support from the San Diego County Farm Bureau (www.sdfarmbureau.org), the exhibition highlights how local farms help protect wildlife and biodiversity. Their interactive display—created with contributions from regional producers—shows how stewardship and food production coexist in a shared landscape. While art inspires love for wildlife, farming helps protect it.
