Mens Empowerment & Support Group

"The Work" San Diego Mens Empowerment group is a San Diego men's community that is centered on fostering brotherhood, building networks of accountability and shared language around the Work it takes to live a life of compassion, healthy confrontation and care. We have created an intentional space for men to connect, build meaningful relationships, and engage in honest conversations about life, identity, vulnerability, and brotherhood.

Open to men of all backgrounds and ages, these gatherings provide a welcoming environment to share experiences, challenge traditional expectations of masculinity, and offer mutual support without judgment.

Gatherings are held bi-weekly in San Diego and are open to all men & male-identifying folks who are interested in building authentic connections.
