Mission Bay Moon Flow: Yoga and Sound on The Bay

An evening of community yoga and sound healing beneath the palms at Tecolote Shores South.

Join us for a Full Moon gathering on Mission Bay, where we’ll flow through a sunset Vinyasa yoga practice under the palm trees before settling into a restorative sound healing and meditation session. We’ll also create space for quiet reflection with time for journaling, whether through personal reflection or guided prompts. The evening will close beneath the rising Full Moon over the bay.

These gatherings are intended as a collective pause, a chance to reconnect with ourselves, move intentionally, release what feels heavy, and welcome in new energy with the support of community and nature.

Bring your journal, crystals, moon water, or anything that helps you feel grounded and connected. Come ready to move, reflect, and get a little witchy with us under the Full Moon at Mission Bay.
