$25/hour for 20 hours

Description: In five four-hour sessions students will experience a comprehensive introduction to woodworking and woodworking machines. Students will build their own cutting board and a stool to take home. During this class, students will:

Operate a drill press, router table, drum sander, and other stationary sanding machines safely.

Learn to use glue and clamps.

Learn how to square lumber.

Learn how to prepare a project for finishing and apply a finishing product. $25/hour for 20 hours total
