Organization Systems International (OSI), a San Diego-based company specializing in science-based leadership and management talent solutions, will host a two-day, in-person business simulation experience January 21-22, 2026, at the UCSD Rady School of Management in San Diego. The $2 Billion Challenge Leadership Experience will give participants the opportunity to take control of Paper Nation—a global pulp and paper manufacturer—and compete to lead the company through six simulated years of growth.
