Salt & Straw’s Apple Series Returns

We’re excited to share that Salt & Straw's beloved Apple Series is back, arriving just in time for the start of fall and peak apple season, reimagining the harvest through five distinct scoops of ice cream.

Beginning this Friday, August 28 through September 24, head ice cream maker and co-founder Tyler Malek is bringing back four fan favorite flavors alongside a brand new creation, Salted Caramel Apple Pie. Flavor details are noted below, and the series is available at all local scoop shops, via nationwide shipping and on affiliate via Awin (sign-up link here).

Guests who download the Salt & Straw app can also take full advantage of the “Order Ahead” feature to secure any of the above offerings, which allows them to skip the line by ordering their treats in advance within the app.

Flavors in The Apple Series include:

• NEW! Salted Caramel Apple Pie – A brand new addition to this year’s lineup, bringing the flavors of a classic salted caramel apple pie to the Salt & Straw menu.
• Apple Cider Donuts – Royal icing ice cream studded with hunks of apple cider donuts and ribboned with cinnamon vanilla caramel.
• Apple and Cheddar Cinnamon Rolls – Bites of apple pie stuffed cinnamon rolls folded into sharp white cheddar ice cream and finished with a gooey cinnamon swirl.
• Vanilla Apple Custard Tart – An apple cider-spiked vanilla custard with housemade vanilla-apple tart bites folded throughout.
• Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet (v) – Dairy-free sorbet made with dry-hopped apple cider – an homage to the Pacific Northwest’s annual apple and hop harvests.

Additionally, as a part of end-of-summer celebrations, Salt & Straw is offering a Labor Day promotion from September 1st through September 7th featuring 3 Tacolates for $15. The limited-time offer gives fans an easy way to stock up on the cult favorite, nostalgic ice cream taco for any holiday weekend gatherings.

Lastly, Salt & Straw is hosting an After School Happy Hour – From September 8 through September 30, Loyalty Members can stop by their local Salt & Straw shop between 3 and 5 pm for a buy one, get one ice cream deal, to enjoy a prime after school treat to kick off the new school year.
