Guests can pair the wellness experience with a special Valentine’s Day menu, or enjoy dinner separately for a classic date night at Marina Kitchen. Some menu highlights include:
2/13 – 2/15 | 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Scallops & Clams steamed in citrus beurre fondue with fennel and sourdough
- Parsnip & Apple Soup with caviar, creme fraiche, and croutons
- Steak & Lobster for Two with a 16 oz prime steak, grilled lobster tail, and classic sides
- White Chocolate Mousse with red berry dome, meringue kisses, and strawberry compote
