This is a woodworking class for teens that spans 4 Tuesday afternoons.
The class instruction covers the properties of wood, machine safety, and woodworking basics. Students will learn woodworking techniques, and safe practice of machine operations will be taught. The projects in this class rotate so that students may repeat and continue learning and diving deeper into woodworking. Depending on the specific project, joinery techniques, proper sanding, and finishing are part of the curriculum. Each attendee will make a project to take home.
This is an indoor class and masks are optional.
