Intermediate and Advanced Yiddish Improvisation
The aim of this course is to develop Yiddish creativity for the stage. This course is intended for anyone who wants to create their own Yiddish dramatic texts through discussion while using the acting improvisation process. The participants at the course will be cooperative and supportive to help each other in this process. We will laugh and cry together, and form a community of Yiddish Theater creators!
• Date and time: Every Thursday starting on January 6, 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., ends February 24.
• Location: Online via Zooom
• Tuition: $225 all 8 weeks or $30 for a 90 minute online class.
Yiddish Theater for All Generations
Let us create Yiddish theater skits together. All are invited —children (age 6 and older), parents, grandparents— the whole family. Come and learn Yiddish with us as we cover various topics through the lens of Yiddish theater.
• Date and time: Every Sunday strating on January 16, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., ends March 6.
• Location: Online via Zoom
• Tuition: $185 for a workshop or $25 for a 60 minute online class.
