Three hundred national guard troops are mobilizing to provide extra security at three major California airports. That's in response to the arrest of 21 people last night in Britain on allegations of a terrorist plot to bomb U.S. bound air flights.

Matthew Bettenhausen heads the California Department of Homeland Security. He advises air travelers to give themselves at least two hours at the airport prior to departure time because of additional screenings.
