VA Tech Shooting, SDSU Hoax, SD City Budget
This week, the nation was shocked and saddened by Monday's shooting at Virginia Tech University. Could the university have done anything differently to prevent the tragedy from happening? Also, SDSU was on high alert following a threat of violence that later turned out to be a hoax. Will the shooting at Virginia Tech, and the news coverage that's followed, encourage "copycat" incidents? And, the San Diego City Council is discussing Mayor Jerry Sanders' 2008 budget proposal. If San Diego's police officers get a pay increase, should the firefighters get a raise too?
