The Department of Public Safety and the Guatemala Consulate in Phoenix are still investigating the deaths of five people who died in a crash Saturday in southeastern Arizona.
Officials say the SUV was filled with 20 Guatemalan and Mexican nationals. Five people were killed.
Border Patrol officials said an agent tried to pull the vehicle over late Saturday night. In a statement, they said the driver of the SUV lost control on an Interstate 10 exit ramp and rolled when the driver tried to pull onto Highway 83 in southeastern Arizona, about 50 miles from the Mexican border.
A spokeswoman for the Guatemala consulate said none of the dead have yet been identified.
Department of Public Safety officials said they have not determined how fast the SUV was traveling. A DPS official said the driver survived.
