Average San Diego County Gas Price Rises To Highest Amount Since 2015

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose seven-tenths of a cent Wednesday for the second consecutive day to $3.657, its highest amount since Aug. 22, 2015.

The average price is 3.1 cents more than one week ago, 12.8 cents higher than one month ago and 66 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has risen 53.5 cents since the start of the year.

The average price was unchanged Sunday and Monday after rising 17 of 18 days.
