Black Hawks Collide in Northern Iraq

Two U.S. Black Hawk helicopters collide in northern Iraq, killing at least 12 soldiers. One of the aircraft may have been hit by a rocket-propelled grenade. Meanwhile, it's announced that a transitional government will take over political power in Iraq by the end of June, speeding the restoration of Iraqi sovereignty. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
