Indonesia, OPEC's Only Asian Member, to Pull Out

Indonesia says it's pulling out of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. The energy minister said Wednesday that it makes no sense for his country to be in OPEC because it is no longer a net oil exporter. For decades, exploration and oil production have been declining, and the country — OPEC's only Asian member — now imports oil.
