It’s not only candidates voters have to choose in the June primary — there are ballot measures too.

In this episode of San Diego Politics 101, we look at ballot measures. San Diego Mesa College and University of San Diego political science professor Carl Luna explains why we see so many of ballot measures and how to find out about the issues they address. The series aims to answer questions from listeners about local civics and election rules.
