Army Gen. Martin Dempsey Gets Joint Chiefs of Staff Nod (Video)

President Barack Obama today nominated Army Gen. Martin Dempsey to be the new Joint Chiefs of Staff, who would take over the role from Navy Adm. Mike Mullen. Mullen retires from his post on September 30.
