Schwarzenegger Takes Office as Governor

Arnold Schwarzenegger is sworn in as California's governor. He is expected to call a special session of the legislature Tuesday to begin crafting a new plan to tackle the state's massive financial crisis. NPR's Ina Jaffe reports.
