Kerry Attacks GOP over Counting Black Votes

Sen. John Kerry launches a scathing attack on Republicans, suggesting they may try to suppress black voter turnout in November. Republicans angrily denied they are trying to disenfranchise anyone. NPR's Nancy Marshall-Genzer reports.
