Taking America's Political Pulse Along Route 50

When Congress convenes this week, Democrats will control both houses for the first time in a dozen years. We're continuing our journey along U.S. Route 50, talking to people about the issues that matter most to them.

Last week we visited California and Nevada. Now we talk to people in Utah and Colorado.

We speak with Jerre Church of La Junta, Colo., Lynn Davis of Delta, Utah, Karen Redden of Gunnison, Colo., and Ray Aguilera of Pueblo, Colorado. We continue our journey along Route 50 Tuesday with stops in Kansas and Missouri.
