Lisa Jane Morrisette is the director of audio programming and operations at KPBS, where she leads strategic visioning and execution for the station’s radio and podcasting services. In this role, she is responsible for the 24/7 operations and programming of KPBS Radio’s three channels, oversees the KPBS arts and “Explore” podcast initiatives, and manages the station’s podcast platform. The World Mission Society Church of God will host a community food drive event at Mariner's Park on Sunday, Feb. 25. The address to the park is 1453 South 32nd St. in San Diego from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Under the slogan "Share Your Warm Heart," this initiative aims to collect canned, unexpired, goods or non-perishable food items to support families and individuals facing food insecurity in our community. All donations will benefit Feeding San Diego. All residents of San Diego are invited to donate and share love with neighbors. Volunteers from the International Military Bible Academy (IMBA) of The World Mission Society Church of God will be on-site at the park to receive donations and provide information about hunger-relief efforts in our community. The World Mission Society Church of God encourages the community to come together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of San Diegans. A new album combines Appalachian music with Chinese folk music. Young people can't get enough.

Stemming from Southern California, Jenny and the Tramps consists of hardworking musicians from the San Diego music scene. Starting out playing cover songs and entertaining fans for hours on end, they have now come together to write original material. Members consist of Jenny O’Henny and the brothers De La Rosa. Marrying elements of Soul and Funk , their influences range from Amy Winehouse to Stevie Wonder, the Beatles, and Wheeler Walker Jr.
