Join One Paseo as they host free 45-minute yoga classes on the lawn behind Harland Brewing every Sunday in August. Surfing Madonna Oceans Project is pleased to present “Save the Ocean” a juried regional show about our beautiful, fragile and fascinating world. 60+ artists from across California will be selected to showcase their work on the environmental theme during the month of October 2023 with the reception on Saturday October 14, 2023. Artists and Poets will be awarded with cash prizes for their exceptional work. The show will host all mediums of wall art including: painting, fabric, collage, assemblage and photography. The show will be juried by Cathy Carey, Cheryl Ehlers and Mike Redman. Comic-Con badge holders: The 19th San Diego International Children's Film Festival opens Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Comic-Con International, with a full day of short films from around the world, and filmmaker and animator appearances. No Comic-Con badge needed: The festival continues all day Saturday, July 29 at the beautiful Neil Morgan Auditorium at the San Diego Central Library downtown, with more short films from around the world - animation, live action and documentary, clustered for different age groups, toddlers through teens.
