Indie duo Tennis will be touring extensively across North America in early 2023 to promote their next album 'Pollen'. The 30-city excursion kicks off March 24 in Atlanta and extends into May visiting U.S. markets like Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles and Houston. Canadian dates are set for Toronto and Vancouver. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Loving. The new outing follows up 2021's Swimmer Tour which was joined by Molly Burch. Based on a true story and directed by Quincy Ledbetter, the film features acclaimed actors Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine (THE CHI; "Farewell Amor"; THE LINCOLN LAWYER) and Zainab Jah ("Black Panther: Wakanda Forever"; HOMELAND; "Farewell Amor") as parents of a young boy who seeks to reject his Blackness after being traumatized by an earlier event. As his parents sit him down to speak with him about the world we live in, he and the audience are taken on a journey through the struggle for freedom by Black Americans.

Lakehouse Resort, located on the 80 acres recreational Lake San Marcos, is bringing back a summer of unforgettable music with its Summer Concert Series on the lakeside stage. Kicking off the Summer Concert Series on Saturday, April 1, Prince Again is hitting the stage to perform the legendary music of Prince. On Thursday, April 6 at 5:30 p.m., the 100% volunteer-based nonprofit San Diego Professionals Against Cancer will be holding Bingo & Beer at Harland Brewing’s Scripps Ranch Tasting Room. There will be fun prizes for bingo winners including packages from BevMo, Dream Dinners, gift cards to local stores and restaurants and more. The bingo games are donation based with a suggested donation of $4 for one card of $10 for three cards. The Lullabar, a wellness cafe for moms and caregivers, is set to open its doors on June 19 at The Beacon La Costa. The cafe aims to provide a space for mothers and caregivers to connect with others while taking part in self-care services while little ones are safely entertained in the play gym. At The Lullabar, moms and caregivers can meet with friends for coffee or matcha, or use the cafe as a workspace. The cafe will also offer a range of self-care services, such as mani/pedis and meditation classes. In addition to these services, The Lullabar will provide a variety of motherhood workshops. Self-care workshops (from $30 to $60) will cover topics from breastfeeding to CPR, postpartum mental health, parenting for picky eating, and fostering speech and language development. The cafe's founders understand that motherhood can be challenging and hope to provide a supportive space for mothers to connect and learn from each other. The grand opening of The Lullabar promises to be an exciting event, with an array of healthy food and drink options available. Attendees can also explore the space and learn about the different services and workshops that will be offered. The Lullabar is an excellent addition to the Carlsbad community, providing a much-needed space for moms and caregivers to prioritize their self-care and connect with others who are on a similar journey.
