Make a right onto West Mission Bay Dr and continue to Ingraham St. Proceed to one of the parking locations. From NORTH San Diego - Take interstate 5 to the Sea World exit. Make a right onto Sea World Dr and continue straight to Ingraham St. Proceed to one of the parking locations. VERY limited paid parking just west of Ski Beach near the Paradise Point Resort. The cost for parking in this lot is $20 per vehicle. No in / out privileges will be allowed. Additional Information Please bring a non-perishable food item as we will have food bins upon entering. We are Family-Friendly and offer cultural workshops all day in our Cultural Village. The 2023 PIFA T-shirts with our new logo will be sold at our Information Booth at the festival. He will delve into a study done in March 2023 by him and his associates Howard Crystal and Jean Su entitled, Rooftop Solar Justice: Why Net Metering is Good for People and the Planet and Why Monopoly Utilities Want to Kill It. There will be time allotted for questions from the audience. There is no charge for this online event, but you must register in advance. In addition to the awards ceremony, the reception will feature refreshments and entertainment in keeping with the theme of the show. The reception is open to the public.
