Main course options feature Grilled Prime NY Strip Steak with Oaxaca cheese scalloped potatoes, charred shishito, and cilantro chimichurri, fresh-caught Pacific Seabass served Veracruz style, Braised Beef Short Rib with buttered hominy mash, pozole jus, pickled red onions, and radish, or Roasted Organic Cauliflower.
