The 4th Annual Filipino-American Friendship Festival San Diego (F3SD) is a cultural event commemorating the day the Treaty of Manila was signed on July 4, 1946. It relinquished U.S. sovereignty over the Philippines and recognized the independence of the Republic of the Philippines. This one-day event features cultural arts, history, food, live performances, interactive activities and will promote health and wellness.
