She has curated shows with leading local institutions including the Mingei International Museum, Sparks Gallery, and the San Diego International Airport, as well as alternative art spaces throughout the region. In addition to her curatorial practice, Blanca has served as a juror for both youth and adult art exhibitions at local galleries and museums, bringing a thoughtful and inclusive eye to the evaluation of diverse artistic voices. Step aboard Californian, the official tall ship of the state of California, for an unforgettable day on the water during the 38th Annual America’s Schooner Cup, hosted by Silver Gate Yacht Club. This celebrated San Diego regatta brings together schooners of many sizes and vintages for a spectacular race course designed to be enjoyed both from shore and from the bay itself. Only a limited number of guests will have the opportunity to sail aboard Californian and experience the action firsthand as the fleet races off Shelter Island on Saturday, April 18, 2026. More than just a memorable outing, the event also supports the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, helping provide vital assistance to active duty and retired service members and their families.
