  • Scoop San Diego proudly announces the return of the 6th Annual Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival in North Park on Sunday, June 23 from 12 - 4 p.m. This beloved community event brings together over 25 local ice cream, gelato, and paleta shops for a flavorful gathering in support of the Berry Good Food Foundation. In addition to indulging in delectable frozen treats, attendees can participate in a variety of engaging activities, including live demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and more. Sponsored by Good Start Packaging, two sessions of the VIP Ice Cream Lounge experience will feature exclusive flavors and collaborations, providing a premium experience, while Berry Good Food Land in the North Park Mini Park will provide fun and educational activities for kids. Guests will also enjoy whimsical performances by Circus Joy, a Pup Station for pets in partnership with Puppy Picnic Co, a 360 photo booth by RSDJ Photo Booths and interactive experiences with Little Shepherd’s Nature Lab on wheels. 100 percent of the net proceeds will be donated to the Berry Good Food Foundation. The funds raised will be used for their Garden Grants Program to fund garden projects in local elementary schools in under-resourced communities to support healthy food education in San Diego County.
