The Friends of the Malcolm X Library present our Annual Fundraiser, Gift Day. The Friends support the library, in part by having book sales and hosting events. This event is free and will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Our event will feature amazing local talent including a live band and DJ, a choir, a story teller, line dancers and face painting for the kids. Join us for our upcoming exhibition ”VIBRANTE” with Tijuana based ceramic studio lustre.estudio We will be hosting “VIBRANTE” at our gallery from September 21, through the 29. Opening reception will be on Saturday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Lustre Studio community will present works from their collective that seek to build a sanctuary of well-being.
