  • On Valentine’s Day, Temaki will offer a curated prix-fixe menu designed for two to share and savor, priced at $110 per couple. The experience will begin with a choice of a starter, including spicy tuna crispy rice featuring fried sushi rice layered with chili garlic and bright citrus ponzu; crispy bang bang shrimp tossed in gochujang mayo and finished with scallions; or yellowtail specialty sashimi dressed with yuzu kosho, scallions and Temaki’s signature sauce. Couples will then roll into a lineup of premium two-hand roll sets, featuring yellowtail, blue crab and toro, before enjoying a selection of fresh nigiri served as two-piece sets: salmon with brown butter aioli, sweet soy and smoked salt; hamachi with black garlic ponzu, lime supremes and chives; and yellowfin with yuzu kosho aioli, serrano and togarashi. Two glasses of prosecco will round out the experience, offering a toast to love, friendship or both.
