Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation presents our Art of Music fundraising event - a Mardi Gras Brunch on February 4th. Proceeds go toward Visual and Performing Arts scholarships for local high school students. At El Camino Country Club there will be jazz and a traditional New Orleans buffet - from jambalaya and etouffee to bread pudding with whiskey sauce. Entertainment will be Dylan Soto who is a past recipient of an OCAF scholarship. Guests will be greeted by costumed revelers with beads and a beverage. With 35+ years in utility management and extensive experience in licensing, design, and operation, he's also contributed over 50 papers on nuclear controls. Quinn's involvement extends to education and international projects, notably in China, and has been recognized with prestigious awards from the IEC and ANS. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Management, and is a Naval Nuclear Qualified Engineer.
