  • A free class hosted by Scripps Cancer Center will combine yoga and sound therapy in a 60-minute experience focused on relaxation and rejuvenation. This event is geared toward cancer patients and their caregivers. Participants can choose to rest comfortably or gently move through simple stretches while receiving the healing benefits of sound from a variety of instruments: singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs.
