The acclaimed San Diego Women's Chorus (SDWC) invites you to join in its momentous 35th-anniversary celebration, EVOLUTION, on November 20, 2022, at 4 pm. This historic concert will take place at Lincoln High School in the heart of San Diego. EVOLUTION kicks off the SDWC 2022-23 concert season, ushering in the next era for the chorus and introducing a new generation of talented singers to our community. EVOLUTION will revisit 35 incredible years of dynamic musicians united by their collective passion and purpose. SDWC connects people from all walks of life in a shared, safe space to facilitate musical expression and inspire social action as individuals and as a collective. Quartet Luminoso is a virtuoso chamber music ensemble comprised of clarinetist Robert Zelickman, violinist Paivikki Nykter, violist Francesca Savage and cellist Cecilia Kim. Their performances of duos, trios and quartets have delighted audiences since 2015. Featured in the performance will be Tremble Clefs Artistic Director, Matt Ignacio, as guest vocalist.
