  • This July, Sparks Gallery will transform into a collaborative space to showcase several other San Diego galleries under one roof in a short-term take-over of Sparks Gallery. Sparks Gallery owner Sonya Sparks explains, “Our aim through this collaborative pop up is to bring together a diverse community of local arts agents into a unified, collective effort to showcase the full range of talent that each gallery represents. Think of it as a mini fair. The San Diego Wikimedians User Group, an affiliate of the Wikimedia Foundation, will be giving a short tutorial on getting started with Wikipedia. Afterwards, we will begin editing! Computers will be available. Attendees may bring their own WiFi-enabled devices if they so desire, though in-room outlet space may be limited. We will be meeting on the 4th floor within the Wells Fargo Technology Learning Center. Parking is available through the underground parking garage. Parking fee waivers will be provided to attendees.
