It provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, case management, children's programming, and supportive services that help families achieve lasting stability. As one of the few family shelters in San Diego County operating within a structured, sober living environment, Operation HOPE provides a safe place where parents and children can heal, rebuild, and work toward permanent housing. While partnerships with government agencies are essential, they do not fully cover the cost of delivering comprehensive, high-quality services. The generosity of individual donors, foundations, businesses, and community partners makes it possible for Operation HOPE-North County to keep its doors open, respond to emerging needs, and ensure families receive the support they need to build brighter futures.
