  • In this course, we will integrate the Compassion Practice, rooted in meditative and mindfulness practices, more fully into our lives in order to cultivate real self-compassion. During our four sessions on February 18 & 25 and March 4 & 11, we will draw from the invitation to compassionate living found in all spiritual and philosophical traditions as both inspiration and sustaining force of our work. Through weekly meditations, storytelling, and small group conversation, we will learn to deepen our self-compassion. Led by Dale Suggs, MDiv, Certified Facilitator of the Compassion Practice, Certified Spiritual Director, and Co-Founder of the BELOVED Compassion Network.
