Limitless Adventures is proud to partner with Culture Shock Dance Center to present an inclusive hip-hop dance class designed for individuals with a wide range of intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as their families, caregivers, and supporters. This empowering and accessible class will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at 2110 Hancock St #200, San Diego, CA 92110. The session is intentionally structured to welcome participants of all abilities, experience levels, and mobility needs, creating a supportive environment where everyone can move, express themselves, and participate at their own pace. Culture Shock is a cornerstone of the San Diego dance community, known for providing inclusive dance education and performance opportunities that foster physical strength, mental well-being, and self-confidence. Together with Limitless Adventures—whose mission centers on creating accessible experiences for people with disabilities—this class celebrates the belief that movement belongs to everyone. Participants can expect an encouraging, judgment-free space that emphasizes fun, connection, and personal expression rather than perfection or performance.
