On Wednesday, June 17, from Noon to 3 p.m., Italian specialty market and fresh pasta destination Pastaria Vivi will be hosting a special tasting + community education event in collaboration with Good Honey and Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company. Guests will be able to sample a selection of Point Reyes Farmstead cheeses paired with Good Honey’s premium raw honey, all served atop Pastaria Vivi’s freshly baked, handmade focaccia. Recognized as the highest-rated honey in the U.S. by the International London Honey Awards, Good Honey will also bring an observation hive to the tasting to provide an inside-the-hive look into the honey production process and the amazing bees who make the magic happen.
