Salt & Straw ice cream’s beloved Summer Pies flavor series has officially returned, including the addition of a brand new flavor, Peaches and Cream Galette. Guided by Kelly Lazzara of Somatic Movement Space, this session is open to all bodies. No experience is needed, only a willingness to arrive as you are. Learn to activate and support your body's own natural abilities to self-learn and self-develop by allowing for gentle movement inspired from within.
