Bringing a sensibility that comes from being around this music their whole lives, lead guitarist and vocalist, Will Johns, is Eric’s Nephew; on keyboards, Noah East is son to Clapton’s longtime bassist, Nathan East. From 2024, we are blessed to have the legendary groove of Grammy award winning drummer Steve Ferrone, who played in Eric’s band between 1986 and 1992. Windscape, a woodwind quintet, will be performing at the Rancho Bernardo Library on Saturday June 29th at 2:30 p.m. Works include Barber's "Summer Music", Fine "Partita", Hindemith "Kleine Kammermusik" Windscape is part of the Finest City Musician's Alliance- a family of artists working together to produce unique content.Through artistic leadership, the organization unites the community with premier artistic performances, mentorship, and multi-disciplinary collaborations to create a more vibrant San Diego County. Windscape performs around San Diego County in small venues including library concerts, school assemblies, dessert and coffee date night concerts, art galleries, and other community spaces.
