Cake Batter Chocolate Fudge - Rainbow-sprinkle cake batter ice cream is rippled with brown butter vanilla bean fudge made with LA-based Compartés chocolate to mimic chocolate frosting. NEW: Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies and Cream (v) - A chocolate barley milk base is churned with housemade oreo cookies stuffed with a chocolate hazelnut filling made with Portland-based cloudforest chocolate, and swirled with hazelnut chocolate fudge. NEW: Milk Chocolate Fudge with Candied Macadamia Nut - Inspired by the macadamia nut bonbon from Stick with Me Sweets in New York City, puffed rice-infused ice cream is mixed with milk chocolate fudge and clusters of white chocolate and coconut covered candied macadamia nuts. For customers who want even more chocolate, shops will offer a Brownie Waffle Cone made with a rich, chocolatey brownie batter, finished with a hint of salt, and freshly pressed into a swoon-worthy waffle cone. This limited-edition cone will be available from January 31 to February 27 in all Salt & Straw locations.
