The program builds on the success of the original Veterans History Project and continues an ongoing effort to ensure that veterans’ voices are recorded, respected, and archived for future generations. Attendees will include veterans, students, educators, civic leaders, and community members. The evening will include a community reception, featured speakers, and a highlight presentation showcasing oral histories from local San Diego County veterans, produced in collaboration with the CSUSM Library Special Collections Department.
