Spring represents a time of growth, discovery, and new beginnings. As we welcome this seasonal celebration of rebirth and light, this workshop will guide you through active and passive meditation styles to help you transition from winter hibernation into vibrance and growth. We will begin with chanting a mantra, guided meditation, and a deeply-immersive sound bath, followed by passive meditation to connect you to higher states of consciousness. The experience will culminate with beverages, vegan sweet treats, prompted journaling around your spring intentions, and sharing if desired. Yoga One on Facebook / Instagram
