Join the San Diego State community for the 6th Annual Aztecs for Life Blood Drive with the American Red Cross! The blood drive will run from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November16, at Viejas Arena. If you are coming from campus, please enter at Gate 3 along Aztec Walk. The Red Cross urgently needs blood donors to give now to help keep the blood supply from dropping ahead of the holidays. Blood donations collected will help treat cancer patients, trauma victims, surgery patients and others requiring life-impacting blood. Come run the Veterans' Day Soledad Challenge 10K race in San Diego this November Our walk or run starts at Movin Shoes in Pacific Beach at 7:30 a.m., and will travel up to the top of Mount Soledad and the Veterans Memorial atop it's magestic high point! You will be rewarded with an amazing view at an amazing memorial. The run/walk is free, but we will be raising money through donations for one of our favorite Veterans Charities, Team RWB San Diego. We will have store specials for everyone, and special awards for those who reach the summit first.
