  • Volunteer and create some Climate Action! Meet new people, get a fresh breathe of air, and start your weekend off right! Help us continue our efforts to restore native habitats by joining us for a special planting event! The last event, volunteers worked hard to remove invasive Sea Lavender (Limonium perezii), which can displace native species and affect soil health. Now, it's time to take the next step and plant native plants in its place! This will help restore the habitat and promote the local ecosystem. During this event, volunteers will plant a variety of native species in the cleared area, learn about the importance of native plants in supporting local wildlife and maintaining healthy ecosystems, and help enhance biodiversity and improve the resilience of this area. You’ll have a chance to work alongside fellow volunteers, making a tangible impact on our community and the environment.
